| Question: | Tell me about Graffiti Bridge, what do you remember as the "good times" What can you tell us about what Prince was trying to get across and why do you feel most people just didn't get it? |
| Answer: | I remember all the great music & parties that Prince had late nights, I also remember him & I going over my scenes at night before I would shoot the next day! To me he was trying to get the world to believe in angels and bring to the forefront the struggle between good and evil as he used the music to speak for him! The thing about Graffiti Bridge is that most of the messages are in the music! At that time music videos were so popular that most people were not trying tofeel musicals in motion pictures so the messages got lost because people did not truly listen to the music! |
| Question: | Tell me about the music you and Prince recorded, besides "Number 1", which I really dig and why didn't it make it to the Graffiti Bridge soundtrack? |
| Answer: | I think that he was going to put it on my album so he was saving it I guess! He never told me why it did not make the soundtrack!! We did a lot of songs together; he has them all in his vault! Maybe one day the world will get to hear them! That is up to Prince! |
| Question: | Do you keep in touch with anyone from the "purple family"? |
| Answer: | No I have not because I move around so much! I have spoken with Jerome over the years! I hope toe re-connect with some of them through myspace, GOD permitting. |
| Question: | You've had a life, some of the very best of times and some of the worst of times and you've been very good about sharing your life stories with people (something to be proud of) what are you learning about yourself during this process, are telling some of the stories healing you as well? |
| Answer: | I am learning not to be afraid to let the world know the true me! The things that I have and will go through in my life, make me who I am! I have a testimony *I have angels who guide me* that I can hear and I have always been able to hear! I pray that my life will inspire others to share theirs to help others! There is so much more about me to tell. It will all be revealed in the right time! |

| Answer: | To build heaving on earth in Africa and to save God’s chosen people, ****The Children of the World!**** **To Feed Them** **To Give Them Clean Water** A safe place to play and lay their tiny heads! To Love them with a Mother’s Love! That is why I was born & I know that! |
| Question: | What are some of the things you are currently working on? |
| Answer: | Finding a place to live my music! My reality video sho is called never judge a book by it’s cover and selling my music online at CDBaby.com. It should be online by Monday the 25th (Of September) so that I can get enough money to get a place to live. I am dealing with a deadbeat Dad who stopped paying child support without telling me so my baby girl and I are going through a hard time right now! But I know that God will make a way! I live with faith in my heart! |
| Question: | There was talk that the Uptown Dames would be getting together and making some new music, is that gonna happen? |
| Answer: | I’m not sure, who knows what the future holds? But I will have a new band, that is one thing that I know for sure! |
| Question: | What have you found is the thing that people most misunderstand about you? |
| Answer: | They think that because I am a free spirit and that I love to show my God Given Gifts [like my body] that I am loose! There was a time in my life when I was looking for love in all the wrong places and I did my share of sleeping around, believe me I did! That is because I used to use sex as a way to express my love or what I thought was love to people, boy’s and girls J. Then I learned that it was not love at all and that I was lost! Then one day I looked in the mirror and realized that the love I needed lived inside of me & that I had never experienced true love from another so called lover at all! So now I wait for the one that god will send to me! I have been waiting for a very long time, and I will continue to wait! I deserve the real thing! |
