I have 2 shows, the first is "Musical Revolution" which is an all out Independent Artist showcase. It currently runs from 7-9 EST / 4-6 PST on Thursdays. Musical Revolution is our official "launch" show for all new music going into our rotation. After the show is complete, I put any new music introduced on that show into our rotation.

Send any submissions to talent at emancipation radio dot com, be sure that your track tags are correct, that you include a sentence granting us permission to play your tracks on the air... a bio, a picture if you'd like... any tour information and websites that you'd like listed.

My other show is one that I hope grows as well. It's called "Starlitez" and is your standard Pillow Talk / Lovers Lane type format - where I will happily play your requests and dedications on the air, each Saturday from 10p - 1a EST / 7p-10p PST (and is replayed for the west coast after the 2nd broadcast of All Things Purple). Several people have asked me why I do this... why it's such a passion. I've decided to explain it here for those curious in the future.

I've sung my whole life... my Grandfather was an amazing singer, but sadly he was an alcoholic and he blew any breaks that were gifted to him because of it. I think it's for this reason that my father always gave me a hard time about music. All through school, every time I knew it was time to have him sign a school schedule - I would get anxious - because it was always going to be an argument where choir was concerned. "Good singers are a dime a dozen, take an extra math class!" It was his belief that success was more about who you know vs. what you know... watching his father squander a brilliant talent it's certainly understandable that he'd feel this way. Internet radio is changing a lot of that... we are some of the pioneers of the future of the music industry. We are leveling the playing field. My goal is to get true talent heard by anyone listening!
