A writer, designer, musician, husband, father and eco-prenuer, Jesse Hayes has been exploring and redefining the creative landscape for over ten years.

As a journalist and musicologist, Hayes has written for a number of publications including examiner.com and No Depression, roots music authority. He has interviewed some of the most fascinating and elusive artists in the music industry and his popular editorials explore everything from etymology to mariachi.

As a graphic designer Hayes has a reputation for creating timeless iconic images and blending it with a rock 'n' roll edge. That reputation, garnered from years working with musicians and record labels, has led to an international client base ranging from colleges and law firms to non-profits. In 2010, he and wife Arielle founded Hayes Design Studios a holistic branding firm dedicated to innovative high-end service.

A songwriter and multi-instrumentalist since his teens, Hayes has recorded, written for and produced many indie and major label artists. Co-founder of dutch based boutique label Soul (Power) Pop Records, he and Arielle released a lo-fi collection of songs; "Chasing Strangers" featuring some of their talented musical friends.

Beginning in October 2011 "Soul Stereoscope" for Emancipation Radio, recorded at Hayes Design Studios, brings together his diverse connections and experience to feature the most soulful and emotive artists, alongside, exclusive interviews, performances and editorials.

Living on the island of Martha's Vineyard in New England with his wife and their two young sons, they spend their free moments enjoying local food and great music, taking in the island's changing seasons.
